알파·오메가와 스킬 훈련 기초

무료 알파 클론(Alpha Clone)과 게임 시간이 있는 오메가 클론(Omega Clone)의 차이, 그리고 스킬 큐(Skill Queue)와 스킬 플랜(Skill Plan)으로 스킬을 꾸준히 훈련하는 방법을 정리합니다.

  1. 클론 상태는 계정의 게임 시간으로 정해집니다. 구독이나 PLEX 등으로 게임 시간이 있는 계정의 캐릭터는 오메가(Omega), 게임 시간이 없는 계정의 캐릭터는 알파(Alpha)입니다. 알파에서 오메가로 바꾸면 다시 접속할 필요 없이 바로 적용됩니다.

  3. 알파는 5백만 SP까지 기본 속도로 훈련한 뒤 훈련이 멈춥니다. 미션은 레벨 3까지만 받을 수 있고, 산업·연구 작업에 2% 추가 세금이 붙으며, 진행 중인 계약(Contract)이 있으면 새 계약을 만들 수 없습니다. 알파 계정은 한 번에 하나만 접속할 수 있고, 세이프티(Safety)는 초록·노랑만 쓸 수 있습니다. 채굴은 소행성과 가스 구름만 가능하고 얼음(Ice) 채굴은 할 수 없습니다.

  4. 오메가는 모든 함선과 모든 스킬을 쓸 수 있고, 스킬 훈련 속도가 알파의 2배입니다. 오메가 게임 시간이 끝나 알파로 돌아가면, 알파 범위를 넘는 스킬과 스킬 레벨은 다음 접속부터 비활성화되고 오메가 요구 모듈은 오프라인이 됩니다. 다시 게임 시간이 생기면 비활성화된 스킬은 바로 다시 쓸 수 있습니다. 이미 훈련한 SP는 스킬 익스트랙터로 직접 뽑지 않는 한 사라지지 않습니다.

  5. 스킬을 훈련하려면 먼저 스킬북을 우클릭해 Inject Skill로 주입하거나, 스킬북을 훈련 큐에 바로 끌어다 놓습니다. 대부분의 스킬북은 마켓(Market)에서 살 수 있습니다. 주입한 스킬은 레벨 0으로 스킬 목록에 등록됩니다. 훈련 속도는 스킬마다 정해진 주·부 속성(Primary/Secondary Attribute) 두 가지로 정해지며, 각 스킬의 정보 창에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

  7. 무엇을 훈련할지 막막하면 EVE 아카데미(EVE Academy)가 직업 경로별로 만든 인증 플랜(Certified Plan)을 고르고, 버튼 한 번으로 플랜 내용을 훈련 큐에 넣으세요. 플랜에 필요한 스킬북이 없으면 빨간 책 아이콘이 표시되고, 거기서 부족한 스킬북을 사거나 마켓 가격을 확인할 수 있습니다. 11월 10일 Fractured Skies 업데이트부터 스킬 플랜 화면에 지금까지 훈련한 SP와 총 훈련 시간이 함께 표시됩니다.

  8. 스킬 익스트랙터는 SP가 550만 이상인 캐릭터에서 SP 50만을 뽑아 스킬 인젝터로 만듭니다. 스킬 인젝터를 쓰면 미배분 SP(Unallocated SP)가 들어오는데, 사용 시점의 총 SP가 많을수록 받는 양이 줄어듭니다(5백만 이하 50만, 5백만~5천만 40만, 5천만~8천만 30만, 8천만 이상 15만). 알파도 인젝터를 쓸 수 있지만 미배분 SP는 알파 스킬에만 넣을 수 있고, 알파 전용 데일리 알파 인젝터(Daily Alpha Injector)는 하루 한 번 5만 SP를 줍니다. 알파는 훈련한 SP와 미배분 SP의 합이 5백만에 도달하면 훈련 큐가 비활성화되므로, 무료 훈련을 다 쓰기 전에 인젝터를 쓰면 그만큼 무료 훈련 시간이 줄어듭니다.

자주 하는 실수

  • 로그아웃 전에 스킬 큐를 비워 두어 훈련 시간을 날리는 것
  • 알파 상태에서 5백만 SP에 도달하기 전에 인젝터를 써서 무료 훈련 한도를 일찍 채워 버리는 것
  • 캐릭터 시트에서 스킬북을 바로 구매해 마켓의 NPC 판매가보다 30% 비싸게 사는 것
  • 플레이어 판매 주문의 스킬북을 NPC 판매가와 비교하지 않고 사는 것
  • 구독이 끝난 뒤 오메가 요구 모듈이 오프라인이 된 함선으로 그대로 출항하는 것
